SonicWall published a security advisory to address critical severity vulnerability. This flaw (CVE-2022-22274) is a buffer overflow vulnerability in the SonicOS that allows Denial of Service (DoS) condition and could lead to remote code execution. Vulnerability affects SonicWall TZ Series next-generation firewalls (NGFW), Network Security Virtual (NSv series) firewalls, and Network Security services platform (NSsp) high-end firewalls versions 7.0.1-5050 and older, 7.0.1-R579 and older, 6.5.4.4-44v-21-1452 and earlier.
