OpenSSL releases security update
OpenSSL developers have released a security update to address a high-severity security vulnerability (CVE-2022-0778) in OpenSSL. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause a denial-of-service condition. This issue affects OpenSSL versions 1.0.2, 1.1.1 and 3.0. OpenSSL developers have fixed it with the release of versions 1.0.2zd (for premium support customers), 1.1.1n and 3.0.2. Version 1.1.0 is also impacted, but it’s no longer supported and will not receive a patch. More information on vulnerability and update is available in the OpenSSL security advisory — openssl.org.
