VMware has released a security update to address a vulnerability (CVE-2021-21978) in View Planner. VMware View Planner contains a remote code execution vulnerability. VMware has evaluated this issue with a CVSSv3 score of 8.6. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to take control of an affected system.
