Intel fixed BSOD issue in Windows 10 drivers
Intel has fixed Wi-Fi and Bluetooth driver bugs that lead to a blue screen of death (BSOD) in Windows 10 operating system. Errors also caused malfunctions of devices connected via Bluetooth.
Users are advised to install patches for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers as soon as possible. In addition to the bugs described, the updates fix a number of security issues.
Intel specialists noted another error, fixed in the new update: at attempt to establish a connection to the access point, the device could not connect to the 5GHz network.
In February, the developers also fixed 57 vulnerabilities, including serious flaws in Intel graphics drivers.
In early February, Apple also patched flaws in Intel graphics drivers leading to code execution. And in the middle of the month, Microsoft released an urgent patch for Windows 10 that fixed a BSOD problem when computer connected to a Wi-Fi network.
