WinRAR is an application for managing archive files on Windows operating systems. Researchers of Positive technologies found vulnerability by chance while checking WinRAR version 5.70. Vulnerability has been assigned the CVE ID – CVE-2021-35052. This vulnerability allows an attacker to intercept and modify requests sent to the user of the application. This can be used to achieve Remote Code Execution on a victim’s computer.
