Apple has released security updates to address a zero-day vulnerability affecting iPhones and iPads. The vulnerability (CVE-2021-30883) is a memory corruption bug in the IOMobileFrameBuffer allowing a malicious application to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable devices with kernel privileges. 

Users are advised to review the Apple security updates page and apply the necessary updates - iOS 15.0.2 and iPadOS 15.0.2.
