VMware releases security updates
VMware has released VMware vCenter Server updates to address multiple security vulnerabilities. VMware vCenter is a centralized management platform for VMware virtual infrastructure.
The security flaw tracked as CVE-2021-22005 and with a CVSS 3.1 severity rating of 9.8 is the most dangerous flaw that can be exploited by attackers to execute code on vulnerable vCenter Server by uploading a specially crafted file.
VMware advises customers to immediately apply updates or workarounds.
