Microsoft Edge update fixes security vulnerability
A security vulnerability has been discovered in the Microsoft Edge browser. A malicious user could exploit this vulnerability (CVE-2026-1861) take control of an affected system. The vulnerabilities affect Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based) versions prior to 144.0.3719.115 (Stable).
