Samba releases security updates
The Samba Team has released security updates to address security vulnerability (CVE-2025-10230, CVE-2025-9640) in multiple versions of Samba. A remote attacker could exploit some of these vulnerabilities to trigger memory leak, sensitive information disclosure and remote code execution on the targeted system. Samba 4.23.2, 4.22.5 and 4.21.9 have been issued as the security releases to correct the defects.
