WinRAR fixed 0-day vulnerability
A serious security vulnerability was identified in WinRAR. The vulnerability is tracked as CVE-2025-8088 and before the update was released, attackers used it in phishing mailings to install the RomCom malware. This can be used to achieve remote code execution on a victim’s computer. This vulnerability was fixed in version 7.13.
