Cisco releases security updates for multiple products
Cisco has released security updates to address vulnerabilities in multiple Cisco products.
Cisco has released security updates to address multiple high and medium-severity vulnerabilities in Cisco IOS XR, Cisco IOS, Cisco IOS XE, Cisco Secure Client.
An attacker could exploit some of these vulnerabilities to trigger arbitrary code execution, security restriction bypass, execute arbitrary commands with root privileges, elevation of privilege and cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected system. Cisco recommends that customers upgrade to a fixed software release to remediate the vulnerabilities.
Cisco also warned about vulnerabilites in Cisco Small Business RV016, RV042, RV042G, RV082, RV320, RV325 routers that have entered the end-of-life process. The company recommends that users of these devices replace them with newer, supported products.
