Vmware released security updates to address security vulnerabilities (CVE-2023-20864, CVE-2023-20865, CVE-2023-20869, CVE-2023-20870, CVE-2023-20871, CVE-2023-20872) in VMware Aria Operations for Logs, VMware Workstation and VMware Fusion products. A malicious actor could exploit these vulnerabilities to execute arbitrary code and commands as root, read privileged information and elevate privileges on the affected system.
